Geoffrey Loos
Managing Director & Founder
Geoff Loos founded Redrock Strategic Advisors with a two-fold mission of advising middle-market companies on critical corporate transactions while developing the next generation of industry-leading M&A professionals. Mr. Loos has more than 20 years of investment banking experience with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate investments, management buyouts, recapitalizations, and carveouts. Mr. Loos's expertise spans key industry sectors including industrial technology, consumer & food, and business services. Due to his personal background and network, Mr. Loos also covers regional transaction opportunities throughout the Mountain West region.
Prior to founding Redrock, Mr. Loos was a Managing Director with CapM Advisors and a Director with D.A. Davidson's investment banking group, where he was a founding member of the firm's consumer and technology investment banking teams. Mr. Loos resides in Utah with his wife and three kids, where he actively supports the growth of the local business community.
