Geoffrey Loos founded Redrock Strategic Advisors with a twofold mission: advising middle-market companies on critical corporate transactions while developing the next generation of industry-leading M&A professionals.

Geoff has more than 20 years of investment banking experience with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate investments, management buyouts, recapitalizations, and carveouts. Mr. Loos’s expertise spans key industry sectors including consumer & food, technology, industrial & manufacturing, and business services. Drawing on his background and network, Geoff also advises business owners across industries throughout the Mountain West region.

Prior to founding Redrock, Geoff was a Managing Director with CapM Advisors and a Director with D.A. Davidson’s investment banking group, where he was a founding member of the firm’s consumer and technology investment banking teams.

A Vancouver, B.C.-native, Geoff now resides in Utah with his wife and three children. He has a long history of supporting the local business community, including as a founding member of the university student-run University Venture Fund and as a board member of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Domenic Martinelli is a Director and Co-Founder of Redrock Strategic Advisors.

Domenic has more than 10 years of M&A experience with a focus on advising middle-market companies through M&A transactions including mergers, acquisitions, management buyouts, recapitalizations and carve-outs.

Prior to Redrock, Domenic was a Vice President with CapM Advisors in New York where he completed a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions and advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments.

Prior to CapM, Domenic worked in PwC’s Deals practice in New York, where he provided transaction advisory services to strategic and private equity clients across a variety of industries.

A Pittsburgh, PA native, Domenic resides on Long Island, NY with his wife and three daughters.

Education:

  • M.S. in Accounting with a Valuation emphasis from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary
  • B.A. in Economics with a minor in Finance from the College of William & Mary
